Description

The Analyst will join the Capital Markets Business and Client Services (BCS) team, collaborating with Futures Front Office and Futures Clearing teams. The role involves ensuring controlled processes are administered according to internal and external regulatory requirements and standing orders.

What We're Looking For

Perform all operational aspects of CM FIC Futures functions.,Optimize processes with business and support functions to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency and control.,Act as key contact for Front Office, Futures Clearing, IT, and FIATech for Futures Execution functions.,Adhere to reporting requirements for all levels of management.,Maintain up-to-date Procedure Documents in accordance with RBC's Standing Orders.,Work closely with IT to understand data/application workflows and establish standard procedures, ensuring data integrity.,Perform GL and Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Attestation.,Participate in the delivery of CM - BCS Strategic objectives.,Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline preferred.,1-2 years of experience in Capital Markets, Securities Trading, or similar environment.,Knowledge of end-to-end trade life cycle functions/processes, specific to Futures Trading.,Understanding of the flow of costs related to Capital Markets business activities.,Good working knowledge of Capital Markets operational functions and processes, including front, middle, and back office trading and operating platforms and sub-ledger systems.

Ideal Candidate

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (preferred).,1-2 years of experience in a Capital Markets, Securities Trading, or similar environment.,Knowledge of end-to-end trade life cycle functions/processes specific to Futures Trading.,Understanding of the flow of costs related to Capital Markets business activities.,Familiarity with front, middle, and back office trading and operating platforms and sub-ledger systems.

Work Hours
