This is an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join RBC's Equity Derivative Flow Sales business in Paris, focusing on a wide range of equity derivatives products. The role involves working closely with senior salespeople to develop expertise, with the eventual aim of managing a personal client base and supporting the team's larger clients and new product areas.
Engage with clients, develop dealing relationships, and handle pricing requests.,Onboard new clients and focus on business development with prospective and existing clients.,Promote RBC's strengths and capabilities across equity derivatives to the client base.,Price flow and light exotic options, analyze product sensitivities and suitability.,Produce trade ideas (thematic ideas, market timing ideas).,Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required and instructed.
Strong mathematical / finance background.,Good knowledge of financial markets.,Prior Equity Derivatives sales experience preferred.,Ability to remain focused whilst working within a busy, high-pace environment.,Flexible team player with good communication skills.,Attention to details.,Leadership spirit.
35 hours/week
RBC's expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely.
