Description

As an Operations Analyst at National Bank, you will enhance the client experience by supporting colleagues and partners with products, systems, and processes. You will leverage your passion for data and process involvement to develop and execute strategies across all business sectors. Your responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting data for requests, providing excellent customer service, sharing expertise, improving work processes and systems, compiling reports, and ensuring compliance and risk management.

What We're Looking For

Compile, produce, and analyze a variety of reports and statistics.

Ideal Candidate
