Monitor and analyze commodity market trends, supply and demand factors, pricing movement and economic indicators.
Use quantitative models to assess market dynamics and forecast commodity prices.
Gather and process large datasets related to commodity prices, trade volumes, production reports etc.
Create daily, weekly or monthly reports summarizing key trends, risks and opportunities in the commodity markets.
Maintain databases and ensure the accuracy of historical data for market analysis.
Assist senior PMs by providing real-time market insights, preparing reports and contributing strategy discussions.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and clients, providing clear and concise insights into market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional team, including trading, operations, compliance, risk management etc.
Bachelor/master degree in financial economics, engineering or quantitative educational background.
Working towards CFA designation is preferred.
