Analyst, Client onboarding & Sales Support

Description

This role at CIBC's Global Transaction Banking focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience by handling daily service and support requests. The analyst will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, streamline client processes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and strengthen client connections through accurate information and timely responses.

What We're Looking For

Serve as the primary contact for an assigned client base across various commercial segments for general support inquiries and requests.,Address client questions regarding account inquiries, entitlements, product capabilities, and provide updates on outstanding requests.,Coordinate modifications to account information, signing authorities, and existing Cash Management products.,Ensure all submissions to partners are complete to minimize redundant interactions.,Maintain organized records of requests, track progress, and follow up on outstanding items, escalating when necessary.,Identify cross-sell opportunities and engage Cash Managers to drive growth.,Collaborate closely with the Business Contact Centre (BCC), internal partners, Cash Managers, and Relationship Managers to support client needs and facilitate cross-sell referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Developed knowledge of Cash Management products, services, and implementation processes.,Basic knowledge of Cash Management Online, eCIF, and Management Information Facility (MIF).,Familiarity with security documentation and its preparation process.,Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
