Analyst/ Associate, Global Credit - Ratings and Monitoring

Description

This role involves assessing credit ratings of Capital Markets borrowers, ensuring covenant compliance, monitoring company and industry developments, and identifying key risk events. It requires developing industry expertise, collaborating with various internal stakeholders across the business, and mentoring junior risk analysts. The position supports multiple hires and can be at an Analyst or Associate level based on background and skillset.

What We're Looking For

Manage and monitor credit risk for assigned diversified Corporates and non-Corporates portfolios.,Identify key credit events and conduct annual reviews/refreshments of credit risk ratings.,Contribute to team deliverables for regulatory and audit requests.,Ensure borrower adherence to credit agreement terms and conditions.,Develop expertise in the assigned portfolio, policies, and guidelines, offering value-added advice to internal partners.,Perform research, analyze financial statements, and create financial projections.,Engage in cross-team and business partner collaborations.,Demonstrate self-motivation with strong analytical and communication skills.,Possess the ability to critically evaluate financial statements and client reports to form reasoned conclusions.,Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.,Work effectively within a team environment.,Show knowledge and experience in credit risk and/or financial analysis.,Be highly proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, database software, and online research tools.

Ideal Candidate

At least two years of work experience.,Demonstrated knowledge and experience in credit risk and/or financial analysis.,Experience with S&P, Capital IQ, Moody's (Nice-To-Have).
