Description
RBC is seeking an Analyst for the Wealth Management Europe (WME) Treasury Operations / Asset Services team. This role involves performing complex operational tasks, supporting daily team activities, and mitigating operational risk. Key responsibilities include managing cash and FX positions, controlling bank cash balances across agents and custodians, performing Treasury Control functions, and fulfilling daily, monthly, and annual reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting Operations activity within a high-volume business.,Knowledge of FX, Money Market, Liquidity, and operational banking procedures/structure.,Collaborative team member with a willingness to learn.,Excellent communication skills.,High degree of personal resilience & emotional intelligence.,A positive and proactive attitude towards change.,Good understanding of Treasury Control requirements, including risk factors and mitigation.,Excellent analytical skills.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in Operations within a high-volume business.,Understanding of FX, Money Market, Liquidity, and operational banking.,Strong analytical and communication skills.,Practical understanding of Banking and Treasury Products (Nice-to-have).,Strong Excel skills (Nice-to-have).
