Description

The Analyst in Credit and Transaction Management (CTM) collaborates with internal stakeholders to manage the Global Credit Portfolio. This role involves managing diverse tasks and projects, identifying process efficiencies, and providing recommendations to streamline credit operations. The analyst will also work closely with various Capital Markets and Bank groups to deliver comprehensive credit and banking services to multinational and large corporate clients.

What We're Looking For

Administer a portfolio of multinational and large corporate lending relationships.,Complete timely and high-quality annual reviews of existing credit relationships.,Review credit agreement terms to ensure accuracy in bank systems and timely documentation review.,Monitor reporting requirements from credit agreements and liaise with Agent Banks, Ratings and Monitoring teams, Corporate Banking, and other stakeholders for overdue items, escalating as needed.,Maintain data integrity for assigned accounts in bank systems, reflecting relevant changes with support and approvals.,Collaborate to identify efficiency areas and recommend credit process streamlining.,Upkeep and maintain credit, transactional, and trading limits in bank systems.,Submit and approve administrative transaction requests per Delegated Authorities.,Identify and escalate deteriorating situations in portfolio monitoring, providing recommended actions.,Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties, including portfolio/audit-related reviews requiring analytical, research, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
