Determine ideal merchandise profile to meet financial objectives.,Review and analyze weekly store performance and inventory levels; act on findings to maximize opportunities.,Develop analysis tools with other departments for efficient processes and fulfilled store needs.,Allocate new arrivals based on assortment plans, sales trends, and store needs.,Review styles performance weekly and react as needed.,Replenish sold goods using replenishment and inventory balancing systems.,Review and execute transfer opportunities for in-season products efficiently, considering store capacity and sales needs.,Collaborate with Planning and Buying for repeat order quantities and size runs based on style and store performance.,Collaborate regularly with buying to review assortment strategies for upcoming collections.,Attend monthly meetings with Allocation Manager to review strategies that evolve with business needs.
