The Allocation Analyst will manage and allocate merchandise to stores for a specific division or category at Laura Canada. This role involves using merchandising systems and various software to maintain optimal inventory levels, aiming to maximize sales and margins.

What We're Looking For

Determine ideal merchandise profile to meet financial objectives.,Review and analyze weekly store performance and inventory levels; act on findings to maximize opportunities.,Develop analysis tools with other departments for efficient processes and fulfilled store needs.,Allocate new arrivals based on assortment plans, sales trends, and store needs.,Review styles performance weekly and react as needed.,Replenish sold goods using replenishment and inventory balancing systems.,Review and execute transfer opportunities for in-season products efficiently, considering store capacity and sales needs.,Collaborate with Planning and Buying for repeat order quantities and size runs based on style and store performance.,Collaborate regularly with buying to review assortment strategies for upcoming collections.,Attend monthly meetings with Allocation Manager to review strategies that evolve with business needs.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / commerce or other related specialty (asset),Experience in retail (asset)
