Description

This role is for a Mechanical Warranty Claims Adjuster, responsible for analyzing, processing, and settling mechanical warranty claims from across Canada. The position involves supporting partners and clients, determining eligibility, authorizing repairs, and managing communications regarding claims for various vehicle types. What We're Looking For

Analyze and rule on mechanical warranty claims for various vehicle types (cars, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, ATVs, marine products).,Process claims, determine eligibility, and authorize repairs according to current contracts.,Appoint inspectors when necessary and identify abusive or potentially fraudulent claims.,Communicate decisions to applicants and answer questions about coverage or process.,Calculate and make required payments.,Follow up on files and collaborate closely with internal teams.,Manage level 1 complaints and escalate those requiring higher-level follow-up.,Perform any other task assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate

DEC or AEC in mechanics, or any other relevant training in the field.,Experience in mechanics or technical analysis (recent graduates are also considered).

Work Hours

35 hours/week (7 hours/day), rotating shifts (10h-18h / 11h-19h / 12h-20h) to cover pan-Canadian time zones.

Special Commitments

Requires working rotating shifts to cover pan-Canadian time zones (call center open 7h to 20h). Mandatory office presence for initial training (Brossard or Québec), then 2 days per month at the office.
