The GFT Architecture and Enablement team at RBC is driving enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role involves strategically planning, coordinating, and managing the implementation of transformative AI initiatives to enable employees and leverage client data through scalable data infrastructure and a unified AI insights platform. It's a key role for someone passionate about AI, program and change management, with a focus on making a significant impact on RBC's data-driven future.

What We're Looking For

Drive the execution of a cohesive AI events strategy aligned with GFT's AI vision and productivity objectives, establishing success metrics for executive reporting.,Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders, AI champions, and delivery teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.,Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance event visibility, expand audience reach, and boost participation.,Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including planning and delivering all related communications.,Collaborate on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and oversee the successful implementation of assigned deliverables.,Proactively identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, performing analysis, mitigation, and escalation as needed.,Support ongoing administrative program activities to ensure smooth operations and alignment with strategic goals.,Continuously contribute to the improvement and success of AI initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
