AI Product Solutions Lead
Description
Saputo is looking for an AI Product Solutions Lead to manage functional AI use cases across various domains like Supply Chain, Commercial, Human Resources, and Operations. This role involves defining the vision, roadmap, and value realization for AI-enabled products, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams, and ensuring AI initiatives align with business priorities and deliver sustained impact. The lead will collaborate with AI Solution Architects, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable AI products.
What We're Looking For
Own the AI Product Lifecycle: Act as product owner for functional AI capabilities, define product vision, success metrics, roadmaps, and maintain a prioritized backlog of AI initiatives.,Translate Business Problems into AI-Ready Product Requirements: Partner with functional leaders to identify pain points, translate business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring balance between business value, data availability, and technical feasibility.,Drive Delivery & Value Realization: Collaborate with AI Solution Architects and delivery teams, support sprint planning, prioritization, and release planning, and define KPIs to track impact, adoption, and ROI.,Enable Adoption & Change Management: Lead functional change management, including stakeholder alignment, training, and communication; ensure AI solutions are usable, trusted, and integrated into business processes.,Stakeholder & Portfolio Management: Serve as primary point of contact for functional AI initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, support portfolio-level prioritization, and contribute to business cases and executive reporting.
Ideal Candidate
University or college diploma in Business, Information Technology, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in product management, advanced analytics, AI/ML solutions, or digital transformation.,Strong business domain expertise in Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, or Operations.,Demonstrated experience translating business problems into data- or AI-driven solutions.,Hands-on experience working in Agile or product-centric delivery environments.,Ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.,Ability to influence across functions and manage stakeholders in complex, global organizations.
