Description

This role within the AI Factory team involves developing and operating innovative artificial intelligence solutions, including generative AI, for National Bank. The analyst will contribute to creating high-performing AI systems, supporting partners, and promoting an AI-first culture across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Develop and improve AI systems that provide competitive advantages for the Bank.

Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.

Produce detailed functional analyses and ensure their validation.

Conduct and support functional tests to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.

Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical or functional problems.

Support and coach junior analysts and interns.

Actively contribute to the dissemination of AI culture and practices within the organization.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst.

Experience developing and deploying AI systems.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Experience writing user stories.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI libraries.

AWS certifications and infrastructure as code automation skills (an asset).
