Description
This role at TD Bank focuses on building a world-class technology team by implementing advanced process automation and security tooling. The objective is to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and cut costs through leveraging cutting-edge technologies that protect customers and employees. Responsibilities include designing, building, and operating intelligent automation solutions, integrating artificial intelligence with scalable and reliable automation frameworks. The engineer will also develop and deploy Machine Learning model inference pipelines into production and conduct end-to-end integration testing. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to align with business objectives, effective communication of plans and progress, and coaching team members on technical and soft skills. Adherence to responsible AI principles, security controls, access management, policies, procedures, and control standards is essential.
What We're Looking For
Design, build, and operate intelligent automation solutions that combine artificial intelligence with scalable, reliable automation frameworks.,Develop and deploy Machine Learning model inference pipelines to production, perform end-to-end integration testing.,Collaborate with key stakeholders on team strategy, roadmap, and ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.,Effectively communicate plans, progress, and escalations to various audiences, including executive audiences.,Coach the team on both technical and soft skills to uplift team's maturity and support career development.,Demonstrate passion and commitment to leveraging new technologies and practices in advanced automation.,Apply responsible AI principles, security controls, and access management in automation solutions.,Adhere to policies, procedures, and control standards.
Ideal Candidate
BSc+ in Computer Science or Math.,5+ years of software engineering experience, including architecting, designing, and/or programming.,2+ years of experience building Machine Learning production systems.,Expert in Python coding.,Experience with developing MLOps CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI/ML models.,Experience with integrations with MS CoPilot, OpenAI, or other LLMs.,Solid knowledge of applied Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models.,Experience with RAG, Knowledge Graph, and LLM fine-tuning and developing AI Agents.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
