iA Auto et habitation (iAAH) is looking for a temporary Customer Relations Agent whose primary role will be to handle tasks, emails, and calls from internal and external clients. The focus will be on processing requests related to premium collection and client account management. Respond to external customer requests via phone, written correspondence, or email according to established procedures.,Process client requests from the company website related to bank withdrawals, changes in payment methods, and ensure follow-up.,Follow up on unpaid amounts by policyholders.,Daily processing of tasks and reports in line with procedures.,Process reinstatements and cancellations due to non-payment.,Provide support for call handling and/or task processing within customer service (does not require a damage insurance agent license).
Excellent customer service skills.,Strong oral and written communication skills.,Proven effectiveness in quickly and proactively resolving customer dissatisfactions.,Proficient and quick in using computer systems.,Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.,Good team spirit.,Experience in accounting (an asset).
2 evenings per week and Saturdays on rotation
Must be available 2 evenings per week and Saturdays on rotation.
