Welcome and support clients in person and by phone.,Provide quality service to external clients, advisors, and the sales director.,Support the sales force with requests related to representative changes, incoming transfers, sales force movements, compensation, career development, administrative expense entry, and personalized product orders.,Ensure good communication and collaboration with the sales force and direct requests to the Career Support and Services Center team as needed.,Collaborate closely with the agency director (participate in meetings, disseminate internal communications, organize activities).,Manage the director's agenda.,Compile data.,Draft letters and administrative documents as needed.,Ensure the welcome and integration of new Career agency advisors.
