The focus is on providing high-quality customer service, answering technical questions about financial products, and ensuring administrative requests are processed accurately to support the company's growth and client retention.
Manage inbound and outbound calls from clients and financial advisors,Analyze and process client requests related to savings and retirement accounts,Maintain high standards of service quality and call volume efficiency,Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex client files,Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and product features
Proven experience in customer service,Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously,Knowledge of the financial services industry (assets, investments, or insurance)
High School Diploma (DES) or College Diploma (DEC)
35 to 40 hours/week (Variable schedule within business hours)
