This role involves supporting the Capital Markets Business Line in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and managing operational risks. The successful candidate will ensure the privacy posture remains resilient, develop stakeholder relationships, act as an enabler for privacy solutions, lead investigations, contribute to strategic plans, and represent Capital Markets in the Bank's Privacy Champions Community.
Ensure Capital Markets Global Privacy Posture remains resilient and versatile.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Develop & maintain a strong relationship with Capital Markets International Offices regarding regulatory & compliance.
Act as a key enabler for tangible solutions in collaboration with NBC's Privacy Office.
Lead complex transversal investigations and formulate/initiate orientation, decisions, and business practices for sector processes.
Contribute to strategic business plans, responses to external surveys/RFIs, and assessment preparation.
Take on responsibility for various ad hoc issues to support Capital Markets delivery.
Represent Capital Markets as part of the Bank's Privacy Champions Community.
University degree in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience in operational risk management.
Experience in Privacy Governance in a large-scale organization.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
