Administrator, Reconciliation Production Services (Contract)
Description
This role is for an Administrator in Reconciliation Production Services, supporting a global financial institution specializing in asset, custody, payments, and treasury services. The position involves managing daily cash and stock reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, responding to queries, and maintaining crucial reports and statistical data within RBC Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia, a processing hub that supports 10 countries across three time zones.
What We're Looking For
Review and clear daily cash and stock reconciliations using the Reconciliations Platform.,Investigate and respond to email queries promptly.,Investigate all cash and asset breaks and assign them to the correct departments.,Collate and maintain required periodic reporting and procedures for client and business needs.,Collate and maintain statistical information for internal and client distribution.
Ideal Candidate
Possess custody and banking experience in operations/back office.,Have basic to fair reconciliations knowledge.,Be flexible with working hours.,Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.,Be computer literate.,Be flexible and capable of working in a team to achieve goals.,Possess excellent communication skills.
