Produce and verify financial data to generate financial statements within set deadlines.,Identify and resolve reporting problems, working with business units to ensure corrective actions and proper procedures.,Collaborate with coordinating and internal groups for processing and reconciling relevant transactions.,Process Mutual and Pooled Fund Transactions accurately and timely for Pension, ICS, and Insurance Clients.,Review Trade Wire Instructions and reconcile/record transactions on custodian platforms.,Meet client expectations and communicate with investment managers/Fund Sponsors/Custodians regarding daily transactional issues.,Investigate and resolve issues related to client account administration promptly.,Attend client meetings and support client onboarding initiatives/projects.,Reconcile holdings and cash as necessary for investigations or suspense accounts.,Assist in assigning tasks, setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and designing feedback loops.,Review internal processes and track success measures against team objectives.,Apply rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems effectively.
University degree (Finance, Commerce or Business),1 – 3 years' experience in the financial services industry,Proven problem-solving skills,Knowledge of Global Client reporting products and services,Ability to work effectively in team and cross-functional environment,Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of IIS systems (preferred),MBA or CPA, or industry related courses/designations (nice to have),Canadian Securities Course (nice to have)
