This 9-month fixed-term contract position for an Administrator, Asset Services, located in Newcastle, focuses on performing core operational and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The role supports daily team activities, mitigates operational risks, and ensures data integrity within a Wealth Management platform.
Produce work to a high level of accuracy, in a timely manner, and adhere to relevant SLAs and operational standards.,Support line manager in maintaining current departmental guides, processes, and procedures, and assist in accurate MI and reporting production.,Escalate issues related to risks, errors, and daily workload completion to management in a timely manner.,Understand team goals and their relationship to wider group strategy.,Identify and highlight opportunities for simplification/innovation through continuous improvements in working practices.,Support project delivery as appropriate.,Understanding of the Financial Services sector.,Adaptable to change.,Attention to detail.,Time management skills and ability to deal with conflicting priorities.,Ability to communicate professionally with all relevant stakeholders, demonstrating a client-focused approach.,Good level of IT proficiency.,Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous administration experience within Financial Services/Wealth Management.
35 hours/week
