Description

An RBC Dominion Securities team in Sudbury is seeking an Administrative Executive Assistant to support a Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor and their Advisory Team. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the team through various administrative and client-facing tasks.

What We're Looking For

Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor.

Manage office stationery orders and boardroom scheduling.

Prepare for client meetings and ensure scheduling is up to date.

Call clients to schedule appointments.

Book and organize travel logistics.

Provide meeting support and act as a liaison between the Advisory Team.

Assist in booking and planning client and partner events.

Help manage incoming communications from team members, advisors, and external partners.

Provide daily updates and bring important matters to the Advisory Team in a timely manner.

Organize and attend team meetings, document and disperse undertakings.

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in an Office environment.

Strong aptitude with MS Office products, namely Outlook and Excel.

Ideal Candidate

Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) (Nice-to-have)

Post-Secondary Education (Nice-to-have)

Experience in the Financial and/or Investment Industry (Nice-to-have)
