Description

The Administrative Associate at CIBC Wood Gundy supports Investment Advisors in managing client portfolios, developing new business, and providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This role involves offering client support, identifying business opportunities, and proactively improving the client experience.

What We're Looking For

Maintain compliance standards when dealing with clients and handling files, performing administrative duties and participating in administrative processes.,Assist in the development of investment plans and written proposals for current and prospective clients.,Assist with processes to redirect assets to appropriate financial products based on client risk tolerance and demographic profile.,Focus on each client's experience, connect on a personal level, anticipate client needs, and communicate promptly to build trust and deepen relationships.,Verify documents according to established signature delegation procedures and review complex legal agreements related to cash management products.,Close gaps in signing authority documents, escalate unresolved issues, and enforce policies.,Support Advisors by responding quickly to client requests and maintaining compliance standards on all files.,Improve team productivity, proactively uncover business opportunities, and assist in the allocation of assets to financial products.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).,Registered Representative (RR) licensing is an asset.,Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience is required.,Working knowledge of various quotation equipment is required.
