Description

Provide administrative support to an Investment Advisor within CIBC's Wood Gundy brokerage, a full-service division serving high-net-worth clients. This role involves working closely with the Investment Advisor and their team to plan and manage client investments, and playing a key part in supporting and servicing high-net-worth client accounts.

What We're Looking For

Maintain compliance standards when dealing with clients and handling client files, performing administrative duties and participating in administrative processes.,Interpret, validate, and execute internal and external client requests, establish or modify client signature delegations, review files, and correct documentation deficiencies.,Verify documents according to established signature delegation procedures, confirm document completeness and proper signing, enable/document new product implementation and changes, close signing authority gaps, and escalate unresolved issues.,Build personal rapport, strengthen relationships by working with the team to meet customer needs, answer questions, and provide an exceptional experience.,Support Investment Advisor by responding quickly to client requests and maintaining compliance standards on all files.,Client-focused with a purpose to find solutions.,Caring about people, understanding different perspectives, listening, and learning from others.,Strong critical thinking skills to inform decision-making.,Upholding values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
