This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Advisor team within CIBC's Wood Gundy brokerage, which serves high net worth clients. The assistant will help manage client investments, support high net worth client accounts, and contribute to the team's overall productivity in a dynamic work environment.
Provide administrative support to the Investment Advisor team,Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and files,Conduct administrative activities and processes to support IAs and teams,Engage in marketing and business development activities,Assist in developing investment plans and written proposals for clients,Help direct assets into suitable financial products based on client profiles,Respond to client requests and provide an exceptional experience,Collaborate with the team to meet client needs,Attend local events and participate in marketing/outreach to heighten CIBC brand awareness,Grow network to generate future opportunities,Support Investment Advisors with timely responses and file compliance,Improve team productivity and proactively uncover business opportunities
