The RBC Dominion Securities branch in Vancouver is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a successful Portfolio Management/advisory Team. The role requires administrative experience, exceptional communication, and a strong focus on client service.
Prepare account opening documentation and follow up with clients or back office.,Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.,Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity.,Maintain all pending plan transfers.,Schedule portfolio reviews and prepare client review materials, correspondence, and reports.,Utilize contact management system for daily task management and client record-keeping.,Assist in filing and preparing mailings (seminars, newsletters, information packages).,Conduct various administrative functions, including reviewing incoming mail and answering calls.,Must-have administrative experience.,Must-have exceptional communication skills.,Must-have high attention to detail.,Must-have ability to work under pressure meeting strict deadlines.,Must-have experience using Microsoft Office.,Must-have exceptional organizational skills.
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) is an asset.,Financial industry knowledge.,Proficiency in Excel.
