Description

This hybrid role supports the Credit Advisory Leadership team and National Operating Officer at RBCx, a division focusing on tech and innovation companies. The Administrative Assistant will ensure smooth operations by managing schedules, handling confidential information, and maintaining an efficient workplace, acting as the backbone for the team's day-to-day functions, contributing to executive support, event planning, travel coordination, and team communications.

What We're Looking For

Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.,Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.,Act as a liaison between directors and internal/external stakeholders.,Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.,Collaborate with other administrative assistants for effective meeting and event planning, and calendar management.,Provide administrative backup to other administrative assistants during absences.,Adjust work methods to support senior management goals, including utilizing new tools and identifying efficiencies.,Facilitate and support operational aspects, such as asset and inventory management, and onboarding for new hires.,Support team activities to drive employee engagement (e.g., social events, coffee chats).
