Description

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Advisor team within CIBC's Wood Gundy brokerage, which serves high net worth clients. The assistant will work closely with advisors to manage client investments, support client accounts, and contribute to a professional and dynamic investment environment.

What We're Looking For

Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and files.,Perform administrative activities and processes to support Investment Advisors (IA) and teams.,Engage in marketing and business development activities.,Assist in developing investment plans and written proposals for clients and prospects.,Support processes to direct assets into suitable financial products based on client profiles.,Connect with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide an exceptional experience.,Enhance CIBC brand awareness through local events, marketing, and outreach.,Build a network for future opportunities and connect clients with relevant opportunities.,Provide timely responses to client requests and maintain compliance standards in all files.,Improve team productivity and proactively uncover business opportunities.
