This role is with CIBC's Wood Gundy team, the full-service brokerage division serving high net worth clientele. The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Advisor team, assisting with client investments, ensuring compliance, and engaging in client and business development activities. It offers an opportunity to learn the investment business in a dynamic environment.
Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and files.,Conduct administrative activities and processes to support Investment Advisors and teams.,Engage in marketing and business development activities.,Assist in the development of investment plans and written proposals for prospects and clients.,Support timely responses to client requests.,Improve team productivity by proactively uncovering business opportunities.,Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.
