RBC Dominion Securities in Sudbury is seeking a resourceful, empathetic, and collaborative Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional service and support to clients and the Advisor team. This role involves managing client account administration, responding to inquiries, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the Advisory team by offering internal support and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation.
Execute client account administration (opening, maintenance, resolution of requests),Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities for client contact,Manage timelines and key dates for accounts,Become proficient in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements,Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant,Respond to client inquiries efficiently (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting),Assist Advisor team with welcoming and onboarding new clients,Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects,Provide proactive client service and problem resolution,Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners,Update team's communication channels (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters)
