Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Investment Advisor team within CIBC's Wood Gundy brokerage, which serves high-net-worth clients. This role involves assisting advisors with client investments, managing client accounts, and contributing to a dynamic work environment within one of Canada's leading brokerages. The position requires on-site full-time presence, Monday through Friday.

What We're Looking For

Maintain compliance standards for client dealings and files.,Perform administrative activities and processes to support Investment Advisors and their teams.,Participate in marketing and business development, assisting in creating investment plans and proposals for clients and prospects.,Assist in directing assets into suitable financial products based on client risk profiles, as determined by the Investment Advisor.,Engage with clients personally to make interactions meaningful and provide administrative support to meet their needs.,Respond to client requests and provide exceptional service.,Heighten CIBC brand awareness by attending local events and participating in marketing/outreach activities.,Grow network for future opportunities and connect clients with suitable opportunities.,Provide timely responses to client requests and maintain compliance standards.,Improve team productivity, uncover business opportunities, and help direct assets into appropriate financial products.
