Description

RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their wealth management firm. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service and support to clients and an Advisor team. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, onboarding new clients, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and updating social media to ensure the team operates smoothly and client relationships are strengthened.

What We're Looking For

Impact client experience through execution of client account administration, including account opening, account maintenance and efficient resolution of client request. Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients. Manage timelines and key dates for accounts. Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and other necessary documentation is accurate, up-to-date and compliant. Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner (account transactions, requests, account documentation, account reporting, etc.). Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients. Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects. Provide proactive client service. Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners. Update the team's communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters.
