Administrative Assistant, Investment Banking

Description

This opportunity is for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership and cross-functional teams within the Global Investment Banking group, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Key responsibilities include providing direct support to junior and senior level executives, distributing mail and coordinating courier service, answering and screening telephone calls, making domestic and international travel arrangements, managing executive calendars and scheduling, coordinating meeting arrangements (conference calls, meeting rooms, reservations, catering), preparing, tracking, and managing expense reports, acting as backup to other department staff, and performing other duties or special projects as assigned. The role also involves proactively identifying operational risks/control deficiencies, reviewing and complying with Firm Policies, and escalating operational risk events.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates should have 5-10+ years of relevant Administrative Assistant experience, strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. A Bachelor's Degree and experience in financial services or a regulated industry is advantageous.
