Description

The Administrative Assistant at RBC Dominion Securities in Granby, Quebec, will provide exceptional service and support to clients and the advisory team. This role is crucial for deepening client relationships, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the advisory team operates smoothly and efficiently within the wealth management firm. The role involves managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

Impact client experience through execution of client account administration, including account opening, account maintenance, and efficient resolution of client requests.,Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, managing timelines and key dates.,Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and documentation are accurate, up to date, and compliant.,Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner (account transactions, requests, account documentation, account reporting, etc.).,Assist the advisory team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.,Coordinate and prepare meetings for advisors with their clients/prospects.,Provide proactive client service through problem resolution.,Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners.,Update the team's communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, and newsletters.

Ideal Candidate

Strong skills in working with various business applications/technology.,High level of time management and organizational skills.,Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly.,Bilingualism (English and French) required for serving clients and doing business across Canada.,Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) (Nice-to-have).,Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures (Nice-to-have).,Experience in the securities industry is an asset (Nice-to-have).
