Description

This role involves providing administrative support to the Investment Advisor team within CIBC's Wood Gundy division, which serves high net worth clients. The assistant will work closely with advisors to plan and manage client investments, support client accounts, and contribute to a dynamic investment business environment.

What We're Looking For

Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and files.,Conduct administrative activities and processes for Investment Advisors and teams.,Assist with marketing and business development activities, including developing investment plans and proposals.,Help direct assets into suitable financial products based on client profiles.,Engage with clients to make interactions meaningful and provide exceptional service.,Collaborate with the team to ensure client needs are met.,Enhance CIBC brand awareness through local events and networking.,Provide timely responses to client requests and maintain compliance.,Improve team productivity and identify business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field of study.,Minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in finance.
