The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Advisor team within CIBC's Wood Gundy brokerage. This role involves assisting with client investments, servicing high-net-worth client accounts, engaging in administrative processes, supporting marketing efforts, and maintaining compliance standards, all within a 12-month contract period.
Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and files.,Conduct administrative activities and processes to support Investment Advisors.,Engage in marketing and business development activities, including assisting with investment plans and proposals.,Assist in directing client assets into suitable financial products based on risk profiles.,Engage with clients to enhance relationships and provide exceptional service.,Participate in local events and marketing for CIBC brand awareness.,Improve team productivity and proactively identify business opportunities.
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field of study.,Minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in finance.
