The Senior Buyer, Strategic Sourcing - IT Sector, will play a key role in acquiring technological goods and services, supporting business needs and organizational performance. This role involves optimizing procurement processes for the IT Division and contributing to the company's mission by ensuring clients feel confident and secure about their future. It's an opportunity to leverage expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What We're Looking For

Analyze procurement needs and research products and services using available tools.,Establish, renew, and negotiate contractual agreements, including service and software maintenance contracts, and ensure catalog updates in S2P.,Process orders, ensure follow-ups, and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines, information security standards, risk management, and compliance.,Support team advisors on complex files and contribute to results delivery within cost, quality, and deadline constraints.,Plan and organize activities to achieve performance objectives, applying operational processes and proposing continuous improvements.,Maintain professional relationships with suppliers in accordance with the code of ethics and ensure integration of information, updates, and reports related to various registries (contracts, renewals, savings, etc.).

Ideal Candidate

Proven expertise in procurement with good knowledge of the Windows environment and the Office suite.,Knowledge of a procurement software (Oracle Procurement or equivalent - an asset).,Aptitude for negotiation, excellent customer service, and ability to establish effective business relationships.,Strong rigor, attention to detail, analytical mind, and strong ability to manage priorities and work on multiple files simultaneously.,Proactive, good judgment, resourcefulness, sense of initiative, and professional curiosity.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field (e.g., Procurement)
