The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance, accounting, and treasury team. The role is based in their operational excellence processing center in Malaysia, which supports 10 countries and operates 24/5. This position involves enhancing global operations scalability, improving service quality through centers of excellence, and implementing standardized processes globally.
Invoice (Intercompany and Vendors) & Concur processing,
Payment processing by established methods and procedures,
Email response to internal and external stakeholders within KPI,
Working with internal staff, and external vendors to clarify differences and reconcile conflicts,
Fixed Asset capitalization and Depreciation,
Providing inputs for external audits and answering queries raised,
Perform monthly and ad-hoc reporting activities,
Weekly and Monthly AP Reconciliation, including ad-hoc reconciliation requested by management,
1-2 years of working experience, preferably in shared service centers,
Excellent English communication skills,
Knowledge on Invoice Processing, Concur & Payment handling,
Following proper procedures and taking direction from senior staff; developing technical skills,
Maintaining accurate records of all Accounts Payable transactions
Degree in Accounting
Bachelor's Degree
40 hours/week, 9am-6pm
