Description

The Account Service Representative is responsible for accurately processing routine data entry and online transactions. This role involves understanding basic financial products and processes, balancing transactions and deposits, and maintaining high standards of throughput, accuracy, and production to enhance client experience. The individual will follow established guidelines, contribute to service level agreements, and support a client-first mindset.

What We're Looking For

Process routine data entry and online input of transactions.,Follow standard processes outlined in Folio guidelines, policy, process, and procedures.,Process work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks.,Examine all documents for completeness, ensuring quality and accuracy.,Understand, accept, and support change related to the role and client fulfillment.,Exercise due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.,Review, understand, and adhere to all authorities for the role.,Take personal accountability for high achievement; actively participate in weekly coaching routines and learning opportunities.,Support a client first mindset through communication and demonstrated positive behaviours.,Client Focus.,Efficient and accurate data entry abilities.,Available to work from Monday through Friday (maximum of 37.5 hours).,Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
