This role involves collaborating with various partners to address client needs using excellent customer service and a proactive approach. Responsibilities include opening commercial files, assisting with transactions, performing checks, ensuring transaction accuracy, maintaining communication with partners, developing tailored solutions, building client relationships, and improving administrative processes. What We're Looking For

Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions,Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions,Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.),Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs,Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service,Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools

Ideal Candidate

Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field,Three years of relevant experience,Customer service experience
