Description

The Account Representative at National Bank plays a key role in commercial banking by collaborating with various partners and proactively addressing client needs through excellent customer service. Responsibilities include opening commercial files, assisting with transactions, ensuring accuracy through checks and analyses, maintaining communication with partners, developing tailored solutions, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to process improvements.

What We're Looking For

Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions,Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions,Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.),Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs,Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service,Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools

Ideal Candidate

Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience,Customer service experience,Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel,Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses,Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
