As an Account Manager for Small Business Banking at TD, you will focus on building and expanding relationships with small business clients, driving profitable growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role involves networking with local business leaders, understanding client needs to provide tailored advice, and collaborating with internal partners to offer comprehensive support to customers. You will also stay updated on market trends and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Build, maintain, and expand existing customer relationships within the community.
Network with local business leaders to establish strong centers of influence for business development.
Build relationships with small business customers by understanding their needs and finding opportunities for customized information and advice.
Liaise with Internal Branch Banking network, Commercial Banking Centers, and Wealth partners to provide holistic advice and resources.
Keep current on emerging trends and grow knowledge of the business, tools, and techniques.
Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit.
Support a positive work environment that promotes quality, innovation, and teamwork.
Ensure timely communication of issues.
University degree and/or relevant entry level work experience.
Accounting/Finance coursework is an asset (can also be gained through experience).
