Lead all aspects of account management, credit, and operational risk for an assigned portfolio.,Actively use sales platforms to understand customer/target needs, industries, and markets.,Identify and respond to changes in the business environment, establishing action plans for customer issues.,Develop and maintain center of influence strategies and relationships.,Identify customer/prospect referral opportunities to internal Bank partners.,Develop/implement sales strategies to attract, acquire, and retain customers, increasing profitability.,Build new relationships and deepen existing ones by following the Business Banking Relationship Methodology (BBRM).,Promote and offer full suite of products, sales, services, and banking capabilities.,Meet or exceed business targets.,Negotiate to maximize profitability of relationships with existing customers based on risk profile.,Prepare high-quality credit applications with strong risk assessment, structure, due diligence, and presentation.,Oversee account management to ensure adherence to guidelines and assigned limits.,Renew credits timely, meeting targets for expired credits.,Understand the market and industries within the portfolio to provide value-added service and mitigate risk.,Refer to other business partners within Business Banking and across TDBG and respond to reciprocal referrals.,Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational risk requirements and Bank/industry Code of Conduct.,Participate in team activities, support a positive work environment, and ensure timely communication.,Provide industry knowledge and participate in knowledge transfer.,Stay current on emerging trends and grow knowledge of the business.,Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross-training.,Keep others informed about project status and day-to-day activities.,Provide mentorship by sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices.,Lead, motivate, and develop relationships with internal and external business partners.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment.,Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the bank.,Manage a portfolio with moderate cash management, deposit, and credit complexity.,Interpret and analyze customer financial statements with credit acumen.,Identify referral opportunities across business lines and segments.,Possess solid knowledge of products, sales, services, credit management practices, and operating standards.,Solve problems of moderate complexity and recommend new product/service solutions.
