Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager to join their Retail/Ecommerce team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on expanding business with Lightspeed's high-value retail customers by building strong, long-term relationships, understanding their goals, and providing consistent value to ensure customer success and business growth.
Nurture excellent relationships with existing customers and ensure their ongoing success,Meet and exceed sales quotas,Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans,Monitor customer usage data, go-live dates, health indicators, and translate into strategies for account retention and growth,Advocate industry and customer needs within Lightspeed to support innovation prioritization and investment,Work cross-functionally with internal teams (implementation, support, product) to provide excellent customer satisfaction and resolve at-risk events,Own and drive the strategy for each customer in the book of business,Funnel customer feedback to appropriate teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey and address product gaps
Experience in customer success, account management, sales development or business development,Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment,Professional poise and confidence while communicating with customers,Great task and time management skills,Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred),Ability to use Salesforce, Churn Zero (preferred),Industry expertise in retail/hospitality (preferred)
