Bell Canada is seeking a motivated, creative, and strategic Account Manager, Digital Sales, to drive digital revenue growth in Toronto. The role involves developing strong digital marketing strategies and promoting Bell’s advanced digital advertising solutions to both existing and potential clients. Champion Bell’s suite of Digital Advanced Advertising products internally and externally.
Deliver dynamic presentations in one-on-one and group settings.
Actively participate in Toronto sales meetings.
Collaborate with Senior Account Manager, Senior Manager, Digital Sales, and Regional Sales Manager to provide resources to Sales Representatives.
Create sales materials (mock-ups, presentations, recaps) using AI, Canva, and PowerPoint.
Travel regularly to meet clients and sales representatives.
Support and train local sales team members on all digital products.
Initiate, collaborate on, and manage ideas for Sales Representatives, assisting in sales efforts.
Project manage digital campaigns, including asset collection, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
Identify and propose solutions for issues impeding sales.
Participate in divisional conference calls and share best practices.
Support onboarding and training for new Sales Representatives, Managers, and team members.
2-3 years of client-facing sales experience (strong asset).
Outstanding presentation skills.
Self-starter, outgoing, assertive, with strong communication skills.
Expert knowledge of the digital landscape and Canadian digital ad products.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns.
Superior interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Commitment to high-quality work and adherence to processes.
Ability to understand company capabilities, communicate offerings effectively, and provide high-quality customer service.
Comfortable with a strategic and collaborative selling approach.
Proficient in developing client proposals using AI, Canva, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related graphics programs.
Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
Knowledgeable about Digital Media metrics, digital marketplaces, and Google Ad Manager.
40 hours/week
