As an Account Manager in Commercial Banking SME, you will serve as a key advisor to small to medium-sized businesses, guiding them towards appropriate financial solutions. This role involves developing and managing a client portfolio, meeting business development targets, conducting financial analyses, negotiating product terms, ensuring compliance, identifying new business opportunities, participating in market visibility activities, and assessing industry-specific risks.

Develop client portfolio and meet business development objectives.,Propose tailored financial solutions.,Seize referral opportunities across the Bank.,Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios.,Negotiate product terms and conditions to meet profitability criteria.,Ensure application of service quality standards and compliance with risk management rules.,Identify business opportunities in the market for all Bank products and services.,Participate in visibility activities in your market.,Identify risks inherent to the sector's activities.,Experience in business development.,Knowledge of financial statement analysis.,Established professional network of contacts with local small and medium-sized businesses.,Negotiation skills.

Ideal Candidate

University certificate and 7 years of experience,Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience,Master's degree and 3 years of experience
