Account Manager, Commercial Banking

Description

This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of business clients within the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating strategies to expand the client base, and guiding clients through their financial projects by proposing suitable banking products and services. The position also requires negotiating terms, developing business plans, supporting the Regional Vice-President, and identifying inherent risks in the banking sector.

What We're Looking For

Identify and develop business opportunities in the market,Increase commercial client base and establish business development strategies,Help clients achieve business objectives by proposing suitable financial strategies and products,Adapt and optimize financial products and advice to meet changing client needs,Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, ensuring compliance with risk management and profitability criteria,Draw up business development plans,Assist the Regional Vice-President in reaching objectives,Work with the Manager – Financing Solutions,Actively participate in various networking activities,Identify all risks inherent to the Personal and Commercial Banking sector's activities

Ideal Candidate

University certificate and 8 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry,Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry,Master's degree and 4 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry,Experience in analysis of financial statements,Experience in commercial credit
