Description

As an Account Manager, Agriculture, within National Bank of Canada's Commercial Banking specialized groups, you will support agribusiness clients in your region with their financial projects. Key responsibilities include implementing business development strategies for sustained growth, analyzing portfolios to identify advisory opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, negotiating agreements, understanding agricultural production sectors, participating in visibility activities, and maintaining the quality of loan and deposit portfolios. You will report to the Associate Vice-President, Agriculture & Agribusiness for Manitoba & Saskatchewan.

Ideal Candidate

A bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, OR,A master's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, OR,An undergraduate diploma and 8 years of relevant experience,Relevant experience in the field of agriculture,Experience in business development and client portfolio management,Credit and banking industry experience (asset)
