Account Executive (Sales)
Description
Lightspeed is seeking an Account Executive for their Hospitality (Hospo) team. This role involves presenting Lightspeed's commerce platform to prospective customers, identifying their needs, customizing solutions, preparing quotes, and guiding them through implementation. The Account Executive will conduct product demonstrations primarily via video calls, negotiate pricing, close deals, and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Development Representatives to schedule appointments.
What We're Looking For
Identify prospective customer requirements,Lead 1-on-1 product demonstrations,Prepare quotes,Support new customers with Lightspeed implementation readiness,Conduct product presentations via video calls,Collaborate with customers to build appropriate solutions,Lead price negotiations and close deals,Work closely with Sales Engineering and Sales Development Representatives for appointment scheduling,Quickly build customer relationships,Proactively address customer questions,Possess a deep understanding of Lightspeed solutions,Understand the customer's perspective and prioritize customer experience,Experience in leading discovery conversations through to deal closure,Familiarity with the full B2B sales cycle, including customer relationship management, impact discovery, quotation preparation, negotiations, and pipeline management,Ability to speak and write in the local language, along with business English,Demonstrate perseverance and energy
Ideal Candidate
Experience with Hospitality (recommended plus),Experience with Salesforce.com (not necessary),Bachelor's degree (not necessary)
