Account Executive

Work with inbound and outbound leads, focusing on new customer acquisition.,Develop existing opportunities and prospect for new ones.,Master discovery calls, sales process, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.,Manage a qualified pipeline, including forecasting and consistent results.,Lead the sales process from initial discovery to close and beyond.,Collaborate with Application Engineers on projects using Vention's 3D MachineBuilder and MachineLogic tools.,Develop strategies with leadership to grow the sales pipeline and meet targets.

2+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing technology.,Excellent and fluent communication skills in English, active listening, and thoughtful questioning.,Comfortable speaking with and presenting to clients, and enjoys making phone calls.,Passion for customer success and ability to identify client needs.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and enthusiasm; comfortable with ambiguity and change.,Deep interest in engineering topics and genuine curiosity about how things work.,Competitive, loves to win, hates to lose, highly driven, strong sense of purpose, and desire to excel.
